PVEP-NCS and Vietsovpetro Complete Installation of Panel Row 1 at Dai Hung South Project, 14 Days Ahead of Schedule
March 23, 2026 – Just six days after completing Panel Row 2, Vietsovpetro and PVEP's Nam Con Son Exploration and Production Branch (PVEP-NCS) reached another milestone at the Dai Hung South development project by successfully installing Panel Row 1 of the jacket structure 14 days ahead of schedule.
On March 16, 2026, the two Petrovietnam subsidiaries carried out the installation of the 1,080-ton component at the fabrication yard. Thanks to thorough technical preparation and close coordination, the operation began at 9:05 AM and was successfully completed by 11:15 AM the same day, meeting the strict technical standards of the petroleum and energy industry.

A project representative noted that the achievement resulted from seamless cooperation between PVEP-NCS and Vietsovpetro experts, continuous process improvements, and optimized construction methods that shortened timelines while maintaining absolute safety.
This success boosts momentum for the entire project and reaffirms determination to deliver the Dai Hung South development — one of Vietnam's key petroleum projects — on schedule, contributing to national energy security.
