PVEP Accelerates Digital Transformation in Work Performance Evaluation

March 20, 2026 – PVEP held a workshop on March 19 to discuss building a work performance evaluation system on the 1-Office digital platform, marking an important step in standardizing and digitizing task assignment, monitoring, and performance  assessment.

Speaking at the opening, PVEP Vice President Mr. Hoang Ngoc Trung emphasized that digitalizing task assignment, monitoring, and evaluation will ensure clearer and fairer assessment while strengthening managerial accountability.

Ms. Do Thai Hang, Head of the Human Resources Management Department, presented the research approach, which adopts a goals-based evaluation model with clear objectives agreed upon by both supervisors and staff, measurable outcomes, and strengthened accountabilityin task execution. The project aims to improve efficiency, standardize task assignment and evaluation, optimize resources, and advance digital transformation in HR management.

Initial pilot results at selected departments showed more standardized evaluation processes, data that better reflects actual work performance, and improved awareness of data-driven task management.

In his closing remarks, PVEP President & CEO Mr. Nguyen Thien Bao affirmed that task assignment and result evaluation are fundamental responsibilities of managers, and that a digital evaluation system is essential for accurately reflecting actual work — particularly for indirect functions. He emphasized that the system should remain simple and practical while ensuring effective governance.
