PVEP Celebrates the International Day of the Older Persons 2018

On the occasion of the International Day of the Older Persons (01/10/2018), PVEP held a meeting between the Company’s Leadership and all retired personnel in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Branch.

Attending the meeting were leaders from the Board of Directors, Executive Board, Divisions, Labor Union and all members from PVEP Retirement Society.

To celebrate the International Day of the Older Persons, PVEP’s retired members take a chance to see and share with their colleagues all the memories that they were together. This important event is one of those regular activities to honor the great contribution that the retired persons have dedicated to the Company, and also to remind the current officers, especially the young generation, to keep on the tradition and obtain more achievements to PVEP.

Speaking at the event, on behalf of PVEP’s Leadership, Mr. Nguyen Thien Bao – Member of Board of Directors expressed the congratulation to all retired personnel, and emphasized that the Company will need more and more ideas and experience from the predecessors continue develop stably despite the upcoming difficulties.

Also at the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Tien Long – PVEP Vice President reported the current situation of PVEP, along with the major issues that the Company is focusing on, especially all projects which PVEP are operating domestically.

Mr. Le Van Truong – former Vice President of PVEP, Head of PVEP Retirement Society, on behalf of all retired personnel, expressed his grateful thanks to PVEP Leaders and Officers. Mr. Truong also shared his encouragement and proud of the achievements, especially the efforts of the Company in the context of difficulties and challenges.

On this International Day, PVEP’s Management presented flowers and gifts to all retired personnel; this is not only sincere sentiment to the predecessors but also a beauty of the cultural tradition of PVEP.
