CEO of PVEP awarded Notable Scholar of 2016 Award
On June 18 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Association of Young Scientists and Engineers organized the Awarding Ceremony for Notable Vietnamese Scholars for 2016. Dr. Ngo Huu Hai, CEO of PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP), were among the awarded scholars at the ceremony.
This year's program selected over 100 notable faces to recognize from over 500 applications nationwide. CEO of PVEP Ngo Huu Hai was recognized as “Good Corporate Governance CEO” with contributions in management, operation and development of PVEP; many initiatives, scientific research projects have helped to improve PVEP's business and operation and also the development of the petroleum sector.

The event has been an annual tradition of the Vietnam Association of Young Scientists and Engineers since 2012.
The program is aimed at timely recognizing notable scholars nationwide who have achieved outstanding successes in all areas of life in international integration. The selection criterion is as follows: Passion for innovation; steadfast integrity; daring to take the challenge; end-results, products are new, innovative, and competitive; high socioeconomic applicability.
