Doctor(s) attending to the patient at platform DH 01

Doctor(s) at platform DH 01 conducted emergency evaluation of the patient. Mr. Minh's bleeding was stopped, disinfected and bandaged, arms put in fixed splints, and given medication.
Following observation, doctor(s) recommended the patient be transported ashore as soon as possible to push protruding bones inside, and to operate on the patient's right hand due to a lack of general anesthetics on the platform.
